This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase and disseminate your projects to a wider audience. We are offering stands and poster holders at no cost, where you could present your projects, fostering potential collaborations and gaining insightful feedback from peers and stakeholders.

1. How can I ensure a spot for my project's dissemination at the event?
Declare your interest by emailing turkiyeingreendeal@tubitak.gov.tr so that the project organizers can allocate sufficient space for presentations.
Please note that as dissemination activities may be funded by the participants' projects, priority for reimbursement will be given to other participants.
2. What are the dimensions of the stands and poster holders provided, and are there any guidelines for the design of the materials?
Poster and roll-up designs should be in line with EC visibility rules.
3. Will there be any dedicated sessions or panels during the event where our consortium could further engage with potential partners or stakeholders?
Yes. Organisations can present their new ideas and concepts in one of our pitching workshops.
